Q: Any plans to rebalance old cars so they are closer to their ingame rating?
A: We have to be careful with balancing our efforts (pun intended), as the same team that balances our new and upcoming cars will be in charge of revising the balance on older cars. We do want to continue the efforts we began this year, without compromising our ability to work on new and future projects. So, yes. Our efforts will continue, prioritizing the biggest outliers, but don’t expect sweeping changes to happen.
Q: Any plans to bring any improvements to clubs? It feels pretty barebones without the Clash and grinding club rep without it is really hard.
A: We do want to bring back the feeling of community and shared efforts that comes with being a part of a Club. However, the Clash was a very expensive event to run (as it involves a lot of moving parts and setup) and we had a very small part of our players participating. So we do not feel a new event is the answer, but we are looking into new ways to add Club participation in our events and in particular looking to offer new sources of Club Rep to help you achieve your goals.
Q: Special Hunts + EVO events require a lot of credits to complete each season. Are we planning on increasing credit rewards to allow players to complete these events (as they require maxing cars)?
A: We will be doing a deep dive into the current game economy, as we have been keeping an eye on your feedback and with all the new changes made this year (easier unlocks for new cars, the spotlights, new events, etc) there’s a real need for credits to continue upgrading new cars. But we don’t want to just focus on credits, so we want to review the entire ecosystem to make sure we’re not creating any resource bottlenecks and making sure the experience is smoother for everyone.
Q: Will the credit limit for ad multipliers be removed? (No good multipliers if finishing first)
A: This is also being looked into, as we do see it impact actual player behavior, where someone will intentionally tank in an MP race to try and get a high ad multiplier. This goes against the spirit of competition in Asphalt, so it’s currently under consideration.
Q: What happened to our planned quest system?
A: It’s grown! As we started looking into revamping the daily quest system, our original ideas grew further. It’s a key part to help introduce new players into the game, so we’re continuing to work on the concept, to make sure it not only rewards your daily routine, but it also turns into a great jumping board for newcomers. We’ll continue working on it and include it in our 2026 Roadmap.
Q: Any plans to remove fuel system from the game?
A: This, alongside event tickets, will be looked into as we review the rest of the game economy. It’s not an easy decision to make, as it’s very ingrained into the game and touches aspects like our pass benefits, so we’ll have to be careful.
Q: Will we be bringing custom nitro effects?
A: We’re not sure at this point. We do like bringing fun new costumization options to our game, however, nitro effects in particular carry a level of strategy to their colors, as it helps confirm which typo of nitro you are actually using. We also want to be careful with not adding effects that are “too crazy” as it might go against the look and feel of Asphalt. If we do, we’d be looking into ways that offer customization, without impacting the strategy and identity of Asphalt.
Q: What other customization options are we going to bring?
A: That is something we’re still looking into, as we’ve received many suggestions. We’re still studying our options as a whole, as we also want to work on new ways to be able to show-off your own customizations within the game. And some customizations, like for example player titles, require extra work in the world of crossplatform, as each will require their own specific integration to work and adapt to each console or device’s ecosystem.
Q: We haven’t seen many showroom updates of late, can we expect any in 2026?
A: Unfortunately, although the showroom seemed like a great concept when we first released it, we didn’t realize the amount of setup and balancing the mode would require to continue to grow. So, for now, we don’t foresee adding new cars to the showroom list in the near future, but we are looking to address your feedback on how grindy the events can be.
Q: Are we planning to introduce a new class? Like the R class in A9 china.
A: Hard to answer at the moment, as it would carry a lot of implications with the overall balance of events, particularly MP and the Gauntlet. It is something we can consider while we review our game flow and economy this year, but we can’t give an answer for now.
Q: Any plans to bring back 1v1 in MP?
A: Not at the moment.
Q: What color is your bugatti?
A: My Bugatti is invisible color. Helps with parking fines.
Q: Anything you can share about the new track?
A: Well, we already kind of leaked it, but yes, the new track will be in India! You can expect a track with a lot of natural sceneries as you race through a more rural India with beautiful sights. We’ll be revealing it before the next season, so stay tuned!
Q: When is Audi coming to the game?
A: Yes, we’ve seen your cries for Audi. We can’t confirm anything when dealing with external IPs, but we’ll continue to work to try and acquire licenses for your favorite cars.
Q: Are you still planning to rework or add more features to the Team Pursuit mode?
A: We don’t have current plans to touch Team Pursuit directly, however your love for the mode has inspired us to bring the essence into other game modes, so... stay tuned for more info.
Q: Are there plans to add more career mode chapters?
A: The team is currently split on this. Although we do want to continue to grow the career mode, we also want to make sure it makes sense to the “journey” of the player, giving a real reason to engage with the new chapter. It will be part of our overall economy and new player experience discussions, but nothing has been set in stone yet.
Q: Are masteries still coming to the game? Will they be the same as A9 China?
A: Yes. Masteries are still coming to Asphalt Legends, but we want to do things a bit differently, as our goal is to empower players who love collecting cars, making the experience more rewarding.
Q: Are we rebalancing EVO parts? Can you share any upcoming cars?
A: Yes. We will be looking to rebalance EVO cars, and we’ll be bringing one new addition next update, the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 Roadster.
Q: Any plans to increase Gauntlet Divisions above V?
A: No, we don’t have any plans to add more divisions currently.
Q: What does the future of the Gauntlet look like? Are we planning to add the new track or different variants of maps?
A: The Gauntlet is still a new mode to the game, so for now, we don’t expect to be making any changes or additions to the mode, but more look into how it sits in the current game, to ensure it doesn’t rob too much time from other events you’d like to participate in. It will be part of our economy and flow review.
Q: Pizza or Pasta?
A: I like Pasta! (Terrible Mario impressions ensued)
Q: Are we going to see more portals? Maybe a dedicated game mode?
A: We were surprised at the love shared for the portals, but we won’t be creating a dedicated game mode for the game. Maybe for our one-off events and celebrations, but they’re a bit too sci-fi for our regular events.
Q: Are we planning more MP modes for the future?
A: We’re always cooking, but it’s hard to say at this point. We still have quite a few concepts in our drawer, so you might see a new one pop up every now and then.
Q: Are there any plans for an open world mode?
A: No. That’s too big of a concept and we don’t think it fits us. We just want to get into a race!
Q: Are we planning to add the chance to race against your own ghost?
A: Although it’s a cool idea, we don’t have any current plans.
Q: Any plans to grow the VIP system further?
A: Although not directly, it will still be part of the conversation when we look into the game’s economy and flow.
Q: Are we going to increase Car Hunt drop rates?
A: We’ve heard you. We have nothing direct to share at this stage, but it will be a big part of the conversation regarding economy and flow, as we don’t want any event to feel as if you have to sacrifice playing other events to progress.
Q: Are we planning to add more items to the club donation system?
A: Not at the moment, our focus on clubs will be on how to add more common goals and achievements rather than growing our donations system.
Q: Are we planning to change the classic packs to add new cars?
A: Also a part of the economy and flow conversations.
Q: Can we bring the EVO stat charts to cars without EVO?
A: Although we do appreciate the love shown by the community, it would carry a big impact on workloads and UI reworking, and we don’t believe it would carry significant value, as regular cars have “static” stats, compared to the changing stats for EVO cars.
Q: Do we have any plans to make the Epic Wildcards or Star up cards available in other areas of the game?
A: We still consider these “premium”, but they will be a part of our economy and flow reviews.
